Practical Company Formation
How to handle a formation file from the first consultation to the Commercial Registry certificate.
The cost has two parts: government fees (notarization, Commercial Registry, publication, tax registration and any activity-specific requirements) and the office's fees. Fees vary by entity, capital and activity. After the first consultation we send you a written quote for the total cost, with no surprises.
How long does company formation take?
The clock really starts once documents are complete and the trade name is approved. Companies with standard activities finish faster; activities that need approvals from competent authorities take longer. We set a clear timeline before starting and follow it with you step by step.
Which legal form suits my company?
It depends on the number of partners, capital, the liability you accept and your growth plans. A single-person company suits a sole founder, an LLC suits most small and medium partnerships, and a joint stock company suits larger ventures.
Can I get an online consultation?
Yes. Send your request through the consultation form or WhatsApp and we will schedule a call or an office visit, whichever suits you.
Do you help foreigners with formation and residency?
Yes. We form the company for foreign partners and then handle obtaining and renewing investor residency.
Which personal status cases do you handle?
Divorce, khul', alimony and maintenance, custody, visitation and other family disputes — consultation and representation before family courts.
Do you review a ready contract before signing?
Yes. We review the terms, explain the risks and gaps, and propose alternative wording that protects you before you sign.
How are case fees set?
Fees depend on the type and stage of the case and the expected work, and are agreed in writing before we start.
